In this workshop, we’ll explore the basics of growing mushrooms at home, with a special focus on Lion’s Mane (Hericium erinaceus), a unique and beginner-friendly species prized both for its flavour and health benefits.

You’ll learn how mushrooms develop from mycelium and what they need to thrive.

You'll prepare your own grow kit to take home—giving you everything you need to grow your own Lion's Mane mushrooms.
